My first order from JZ was in March of 2021 and I was very pleased at first. Back story: I had my stylist cut about 2-3 inches off because I was nervous if to have super long hair, but soon wanted it longer. My stylist had ordered new wefts in April of 2021 that were a littler blonder than her liking so she ultimately decided to take them out and order some for her normal darker color in June 2021. I purchased her blonde ones from her for more length and had them installed in June 2021.

I ordered extensions from JZ styles online vender after being recommended to them by a stylist who did my hair for my wedding. I purchased the 60gm 18” extensions. They were extremely thin and poor quality, nothing like the extensions I had in the past purchased from another stylist and had professionally installed for the wedding. I was also unable to return them because they had been opened and untied from the packaging. My stylist claims to have used them in the past and received much better quality extensions. This was my first time purchasing hair extensions through this company. When the hair first came in it was noticeable thinner than the brand I normally purchase from. I’ve only had the hair for two months and it’s already shedding and only 1/2 of the thickness of when I first installed. Mind you I’ve only used professional products on my hair from hair masks, gentle brushing you name it. So I’m very familiar with proper extension hair care. My last set of extensions lasted 12 months and these barely made it into 2 months! Will never be purchasing from this company again.

I have worn hair extensions for many years. I switched to tape-ins quite a few years ago and tried all the big names out there. None of them compare to the hair from JZ Styles. The quality, life, color and the excellent customer service. I have bought 3 or 4 full head sets of extensions from JZ styles and they have the best extensions out there! I get so many compliments on my hair. Never buying hair from any other company again. FAN FOR LIFE!

Started out with long beautiful angel food hair 24” and within 2 months the breakage and shedding it went to above my shoulders. Spent so much and the results were a waste of money. I must have lost over 10 inches due to the poor quality. This has never happened to other brands. Of course you can’t find my name it’s under my hairdresser and she is emailing you. I am going to complain to the BBB I’m so mad at this purchase.
