My haircut itself was fine and reasonably priced. I did not care for the constant sales pitch. Just needed a hair cut in a pinch and hopefully to find a new salon home. I was pitched thousands of dollars worth of products and services on my very first visit back to this salon in many years. But the biggest problem is that my stylist didn’t listen to me. She was in robot sales pitch mode. It was a very unwelcoming experience. My biggest problem with this salon and the reason I will not go back is I did purchase a shampoo, conditioner, leave in treatment set that was $92. After using the products one time I cannot stand the way they smell. The fragrance is very strong and very unpleasant in my opinion and my husband does not care for the fragrance either. I brought it back after one use and was told they do not accept returns, do not allow exchanges, nothing, so I am just out $100 for this product I will never use. I am a retired Esthetician so I have worked in salons and spas and managed some too, we always accepted returns on product people did not like. Just seems like good customer service practice to me. Oh well.
