I made the appointment online for a “new customer” which went smoothly. I arrived on time and only sat for a few minutes in the empty salon before my stylist came out and introduced herself. I had to ask for the shampoo that is included in the online description, and then I got my basic cut. I have long, straight hair and it’s usually cut evenly across the bottom. I’m not quite satisfied that is what I got, so I will look elsewhere for my next cut.

My family LOVES JWS Salon!! The atmosphere is phenomenal and all the stylists are amazing. Crystal is hands down the best stylist I’ve ever been to! Not only does she make my hair look amazing but, she also makes the experience so much fun! Just ask my 3 year old son :). She has a way of making him calm and not afraid and if course ALWAYS gives him the BEST haircut. He loves his Crystal ❤ and so do we!

I couldn’t of asked for a better experience. I loved the atmosphere of the salon. Crystal took care of my roots, gave me an amazing trim that still kept the length I asked for! I have been going to Crystal for over 20 years. She is AMAZING!! She not only cuts and colors my hair but also cuts my children’s hair, my parents hair, my sisters hair and many other of my friends and family. Lauren and Crystal did hair and make up for my wedding last October! Both lauren and Crystal are absolutely incredible and so amazing to work with! They both responded to me immediately every time and answered all of my questions. My trial went better than I could have imagined and they both nailed the look I was going for. On the big day, we started at the venue first thing in the morning and they didn’t waste any time! *Yes they came to us and worked on site :)* They had hair and make up for me, 7 bridesmaids ,1 junior bridesmaid and two moms done in no time. Really everyone looked stunning and they were so flexible and worked great with 11 women and all our different requests/ questions. They took their time on each person and then touched up everyone again right before it was time to get dressed. I caught myself watching Lauren with makeup and Crystal with hair most of the day and couldn’t help but notice how effortless it was for them. I wish I could have them come do my hair and make up every day. They honestly made me feel more relaxed and comfortable and didn’t allow me to stress about time or anything! Everyone really loved them and kept telling me how much they loved their hair and make up! Now both of my sister in laws are getting married and they both had no doubt in their minds that they wanted to use Crystal for hair and Lauren for makeup! I am so happy I’ll get to see these wonderful ladies again soon! Highly highly recommend! They will not disappoint! Wish I could give 10 stars!
