My husband wanted to use this barbershop but when he walked in and asked if they could give him a trim, both guys abruptly said no they didn’t have time. No offer to fit him in another day. They were very rude and had no customer service skills at all. We like to support local business, but will never support rudeness. I will make sure others know as well. It is not a friendly place to walk into. Don’t even bother going there unless you have an appointment and even then, be ready for their rudeness!

Straight up awesome. Was in town for work and needed a haircut, JJ took care of me and got me looking clean cut for the day! Wish I lived here and would have a new barber to go to, but in the meantime, every time I’m in Pasco, I know where I’m going.
