Based on 3 recent attempts to get a manicure and a pedicure, it seems as though they do NOT adhere to their listed hours, they do NOT allow you to book an appointment (which makes sense, because if they had set appointments, then they wouldn’t be able just close early whenever they feel like it!) Today I showed up at 5:30 and they were closed, despite having their hours listed as closing at 7pm today. I showed up a little earlier last weekend and was rudely turned away without any apology or explanation. Really not feelin the vibes over here – My boyfriend got me a gift certificate here, which is why I even keep attempting to come here. . . otherwise I’d much rather go to T Nail Design or Linda’s across the street!!!!!! Being closed well before your listed closing time is annoying, but the awful service and the way the ladies just dismissed me is really what puts a bad taste in my mouth for this joint. Hopefully I can finally use this gift certificate and write a review on their manicure & pedicure services, but thus far I haven’t even been able to get in the door….

Best Nail Salon in San Diego. I’ve been getting my nails done for 20 years and have never been to a salon that is more professional and better quality. I get a gel manicure on my nails and it lasts at least one month. A get a regular pedicure and my toes stay chip free for at least 6 weeks. All the nail techs are thorough and go above and beyond with out being asked. Their prices are fair especially given the quality of their products. I’ve been to other salons and my nails chip in 3 days. I was very busy this past month so I had to wait 5 weeks to get a new manicure. After 5 weeks I didn’t have any chips! Thank you for your awesome work!

This service was very good. I was seated in my chair within within 5 minutes after I got there. The color that I wanted was fantastic my nails never look nicer. Fantastic job! Very cute Christmas nails! They will do anything you ask for at a very reasonable price. I walked in and got a full set of acrylic nails and a pedicure with no wait. During the holiday season this is a rare find! Would recommend to all my friends and family and I will definitely be back. Great service

Update June 23, 2019: I had this at 3 stars because my pedicure is the only thing redeeming about this place. But I really HATE these nails And I just found an air bubble. They’re closed today so I can’t take them up on their offer to try and fix it and I’m sorry but like many people I have a day job and can’t make it back during the week. I want my money ± the tip I left back. I shouldn’t have to go back!!

I really enjoyed my experience here. Got taken almost immediately. Got a Mani pedi. Polish is still on my toes from 8 days ago. Brian, who did my acrylics, was super awesome ! Very fast and also helped with my decision making. Not to mention I barely had to say anything about my acrylics or fixing anything (I’m super picky!!) Very reasonably priced in my opinion (paid $62 for everything, including the 2 ring finger nails with the crystals/gems!!) Plus, each thumb has a small gem as well.

This place was TERRIBLE! I got a set of acrylic nails and they came out jagged! And its probably because my nail tech kept looking away from my nails!! She would be filing my nails while looking away from them!! And some parts of my nail didn’t have acrylic or nail polish!! Biggest complaint was that my receipt said I was charged $38 when reality I was charged $45!!! I’m never ever coming back here!
