They do not believe in customer first satisfaction. I went for a pedicure and the technician was not attentive and wasn’t giving 100%. When I asked her to stop mid way and Advise i would pay half. I was charged the full amount $25. when I spoke with the owner, she claim she was unaware of the meaning refund. And asked if I wanted the tech to finish since I was charged $25. I responded, no because I am not satisfied and am only willing to pay $15 due to taking off gel polish and washing my feet. The tech literally was only poking me with instruments and skipped toes. The technician who was not properly giving my pedicure took my payment. When it was time to sign she threw the card and receipt. I then went to the owner politely, notifying her I was unhappy with my “feet wash” pedicure. And made her aware the technician threw my card and handled the situation incorrectly. The staff who were all performing pedicures seem to not understand customer service and my reasoning for asking her to stop mid way. They felt I should’ve let her continue to (half- perform) due to already paying the full pedicure amount.

I went to get a mani/pedi. The staff was friendly and when I was offered gel nails because they last longer I agreed to get it done. 5 day’s later my nails were chipping and peeling off I returned and the manager by the name of Tony stated my nails were oily (which I’ve never been told before) and that they would fix the chipped nails. I came back two days later to get them fixed because they were all peeling off. In told them I just want a polish change because the gel was terrible. The last did a half job and had an attitude the entire time. Here I am the following day and my nails are chipping again. I’m not sure if the nail polish is cheap or if its old. I will NEVER go back to this location again. Very disappointed customer

Lee has been doing my nails for the last 9 years. I first started going to her when she was working at PI Nails and when she opened her own shop, I followed her. No one else does my nails except Lee unless she’s extremely busy, I let her husband Tony or her brother-in-law Don do them. I wouldn’t go anywhere else but here. Very clean and very well liked. I don’t have any complaints.

They do good eyebrows and I’ve always went here to get my nails done but this time I went the guy rushed the entire time and didnt even touch my cuticles. I am NOT satisfied with my nails. While this guy was rushing he cut my finger with the drill and hurt me multiple times. My nails is crooked on my right pointer finger her and the nails are uneven. I will spend my nail money somewhere else next time.

One of the things I didn’t like about my experience wad the employees didn’t talk to anyone but themselves. It made the atmosphere extremely awkward. BUT THE MAJOR PROBLEM I HAD was the fact that I got my nails done on a Saturday, not even 7 hours later one of my nails popped off. Exactly a week and 3 days after that, ALL OF THEM CAME OFF.

Second time coming here despite my better judgement and had an even worse experience than the first! The skinnky guy that works there with the faint beard has the most rudest customer service ever! BOTH TIMES! And then on top of that I asked for basic acrylic coffin nails but long. Before he even puts the nails on my fingers he tells me it’s $36 then say that if I want longer it’ll be $70! How do you go from $36 for regular coffin length to $70 for longer! They give you whatever price they want and if you don’t want to pay it then they’ll gladly send you on your way! Don’t go here ever!

Lee is rude, she had an attitude and did not show any appreciation to her customers. She did a good job but had an attitude on her face the entire time. If you want someone rude then ask for her. Sad thing I think she is the owner so I don’t think a review will matter. I work to hard for my money to not even get a thank you. And I paid over a $100 in the shop.
