I went to JV with a friend for pedicures. They were busy and we had to wait an hour to get service. I understand them being busy but that was a little bit of a let down. When we were taken back for our pedicures, the pedicure experience was ok. I’d rate the experience as pretty average and I got the most expensive pedicure. The most disappointing thing was the paint. I had gotten a pink base coat and wanted a glitter coat on top. The pink was fine but the glitter was like half dried glue. It looked horrible. It was so chunky and gross. The nail tech should have noticed. I said “looks a little chunky” and she smiled at me and kept going. The glitter ruined it. My friend even texted me from the seat next to me to tell me it looked bad from her view too. I don’t like to make people upset so the chunky comment was all I said. I know I should have said more but I feel like the tech should have known the product was dried out and nasty and stopped to find something else or just leave the pink alone.

I had the powder dip with gel which the charge for gel is extra. The cost on the brochure they hand you has a price increase but not mentioned at time you choose the service . The lady who did my nails dipped each nail twice and put a clear topcoat on which made the nail shiny. The topcoat is peeling off so i apparently did not get the gel I paid for because the whole point of paying extra for gel is that it doesn’t peel. I also had a pedicure in which the guy let the tool slip and broke the skin on my toe. Then i had a facial wax. The young lady dropped wax on the blouse i wore for the 1st time that day. She also got wax in my hair and she had to cut a strand of hair to get it out. I really didn’t want to leave this review but it cost me $167 for all 3 services and while i won’t go back to this place again, i feel the need to save anyone else this experience. Maybe it was just a bad day for all 3 technicians but that was expensive on my part and disappointing because i really wanted this to be the place i could go to. I don’t mind the amount I spend if I’m getting the service I’m paying for. They can not speak or understand english so saying anything to them if you have a concern is useless . They just smile and keep going.There is a lack of concern for the level of service given at this salon. I suggest save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.

The service was not very welcoming. I had a couple of cuts that I pointed out to avoid the area but she didn’t. Instead I was told ‘You aren’t dying’ and even though it was sarcastic I didn’t find it funny cause I was in pain! Plus you never know what someone might be going through. Overall they were very rough.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI had my nails done to what I thought I wanted, but within a few hours I noticed they were too long for life and work. So I went back in 2 days later and they fixed them for me with excellent customer service. At a prior experience there, my pedicure was delightful, she was very gentle. When I stopped first thing in the am they graciously helped me take off nails from another place that had broken and looked awful for work. I came back after work to have pedicure and SNS with tips, the lady helping me waa as fantastic as the one this morning. Nails are exactly what I wanted, quality work, beautiful results and reasonable pricing! I’ll be back! also, the young woman beside me had an incredible hand paint job done from a photo she brought along – it was stunning – very artistic!

My daughter just came from the salon. She was cut multiple times. The name of the technician is sound like Hann. Unacceptable!!! Please read reviews and be aware. First and last time. I’m trying not to think of possible infections that could transfer through blood. Very real and scary possibility of getting infected.
