Microblading

I am highly disappointed in this company. Over the course of some years I have had minor disappointments such as frequent turn over and having to switch NPs often for laser in an intimate area. Lasers being down in Polaris more than once so having to drive out of my way and see someone new again temporarily, to turn around and go back to Polaris for someone new again.

It was my first time to experience Botox and I was a bit nervous when I went to Juvly. The procedure was flawless and the injector was amazing and I never felt any discomfort while the treatment’s being done. The entire staff was friendly and I also want to thank Gary for providing an awesome service. He makes sure everything was okay by giving me a call a couple of days after my treatment and also sent me a post treatment instruction via email to know what to avoid or not.

Update. I have recently decided to no longer visit this office. In June I purchased two $80 bottles of sunscreen. When I got them I noticed a label that said Staff use only not for resale. I pointed this out to the receptionist and she said it was fine. I thought nothing of it. After getting home I noticed the sunscreen expired in 3 months. I contacted the office and asked for an exchange and was told that its not considered expiring unless its 30 days. Any sunscreen I have bought from CAPS or other offices I have at least a year if not two before they expire. I pointed out its not realistic for someone to use two full bottles of sunscreen in three months and that it had a label saying not for sale on it anyway and was dismissed and told basically suck it up. After this I will no longer purchase or recommend anyone purchase products from this office. As not only did they sell me products they received for free but sold me old ones at that!

I went to Juvly and tried one of their services as recommended by a friend who recently had a treatment with them. The entire procedure only took about 45mins. and the all their staff are very professional and friendly. Gary also gave me a call a day after the treatment to check how am I doing and to make sure everything is okay. That’s awesome customer service folks! I’ll definitely be back and will recommend Juvly to my friends and relatives as well!

I booked an appointment and went to Juvly with a bit of hesitation and nervousness as it was my first time to try such treatment. The treatment took about 1 hour and after the treatment, I was really happy and impressed with how great they work.
