Words is honestly not enough to explain. I had an amazing experience for it to be my first time. Everyone was so kind, sweet, and very helpful. The lady that I had to do my spa was very welcoming I made sure to leave her a tip. Not only her everyone was welcoming. Nothing was rushed, she also took her time. I can literally live there . I met a few people there as well. Thank you Juvenex Spa ♀️ for making me feel welcomed. I highly recommend, pls visit the place.

Had a good experience here, wouldn’t say it exceeded my expectations or anything. The overall look and feel is a bit outdated, but everything was clean and orderly. Came in for a standard massage; they let me sit in the salt sauna first and offered some fruit and tea afterwards.

I was gifted this Spa package for my birthday but had been to this spa previously. The facial was amazing. However, it was poorly managed time wise and a spa should be quiet and peaceful. People come to get pampered, relax and sit in peace. It was so loud and obnoxious I could hear them in the steam room with the steam on full blast. I just decided to wrap it up and leave.

My boyfriend and I did the enhanced romantic getaway and it was nice. I honestly felt like it was on the pricy side but they were able to fit us in quickly and I was amazed at how much dead skin they got off in the scrub, my skin had never felt so soft! The private tub was really hot and unfortunately the shower wasn’t working so we couldn’t cool off and got a little overheated but otherwise we enjoyed it!

Never ever ever again. Horrible experience for 3 times the price of massages in Chinatown. The person that was giving me the massage most likely has never done it before. Its like they grab random ppl off the street and hire them as masseuses. Give yourself a favor and avoid this place!
