Ive used this companys lashes and glue for 2 years and LOVE the products……BUT the company recently changed their application to for the clear liner. Now no adhesive comes out. I ordered 3 and all three are full of glue that I can’t apply. I can’t use the lashes if I have no adhesive! I’ve tried to reach them 3 times by email, no reply. The number listed goes to a fax machine. No ability to contact the company.

If I could leave a 0 star review I would. Horrible, money hungry company, with zero morals. They used thousands of consultants to spread their brand, then shut down with zero warning, and relaunched as a totally separate company. Not only that, they didn’t even pay their consultants what they were owed for their sales. Literally hundreds of thousands of dollars unpaid. DO NOT buy from this company!!!!

Absolutely terrible company..beware! Signed up as an ambassador, spent over $500 in product to build my clientele then they decide they no longer want to continue with this business model? Your telling me one month after launching in Canada they just decide this? I find this very hard to believe, they just took our $ and stole it. Second I then tried to return all the unopened product (that took over 4 weeks to receive) and they tell me after 6 emails that it will be a 10% restocking fee, the cost of their shipping…ummm I paid the shipping? Why would I have to pay for shipping that I pre paid to get my order? This makes no sense and then it is my expense to ship it back and here is the real clincher…we do not guarantee we will refund you..so basically I return it all and they say sorry we are not going to refund you? My goodness this is just a terrible way to run a company.

FRAUDULENT COMPANY! They refuse to pay vendors money that is owed, even going so far as to delete their emails and cancel phone service. Jeff Seedall personally contacted me and told me that invoices sent to him would be paid and he lied. DISHONEST! Do not trust them. Do not do business with them. We are out thousands of dollars.

I signed up as an ambassador in early December and on July 12th the company announced that they would be switching from an MLM to an affiliate program. They gave us 24 hours notice when in their own policies and procedures it stated if they did decide to do it they had to give us 30 days notice. Also on the 15th of every month they pay us for the previous months work. One the evening of the 15th they announced in the back office that they would be holding pay until August 15th and going through everyone’s accounts with a fine tooth comb.

Purchased the “set” from a friend. Clear liner….VERY STICKY. That’s a good thing if you can tolerate such heavy lashes. I only put one on and had to immediately take it off. I can not tolerate the thick band. They are really nice lashes if you can wear them. The other lady has never been touched. Anyone want to buy my set with liner and cleaner for $30?
