Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueMy husband booked two appointments for himself and our son, they showed up on time, the receptionist claims she tried to call and that the guy who was supposed to cut their hair had an emergency and had to leave, but my husband had no missed calls. She said she could squeeze them in the next day at 5 and that she would call to confirm the next day. Nobody called so around 4 my husband called, no one answered, he called again, no one answered. So I called and they picked up, she was screening his calls. Incredibly unprofessional, would not ever recommend. My husband booked two appointments for himself and our son, they showed up on time, the receptionist claims she tried to call and that the guy who was supposed to cut their hair had an emergency and had to leave, but my husband had no missed calls.
