Critical: Quality, ValueI was unsatisfied with my service. My braids were not neat and my parts were not straight. My hair looked 2-3 weeks old the same day I left the shop. The attached pictures were all taken the day I left the shop. One set is me in a dressing room (literally 30 mins after I left the shop) and the others were a couple of hours later (after I made it home).Needless to say I will not return to this shop for service. I was unsatisfied with my service. My braids were not neat and my parts were not straight. My hair looked 2-3 weeks old the same day I left the shop. The attached pictures were all taken the day I left the shop. Service decreased. Hair looked weeks old after a few days and excuses were given instead of correcting it after increasing the cost. For the price the length should have been longer and was short. Not cool and hair is already coming out.

The owner gave me the price & told me which hair to get for what i was getting (butterfly locs), and even gave me her personal cell to ft her while i was at the store getting the hair to make sure i got the right one. The ladies at the shop were very nice as well. I have very short hair because i usually wear finger waves, so i was afraid they weren’t going to be able to do it, but THEY DID!! & they did an excellent job. Loved this place! I called them the day i wanted to come in which was a Friday. The owner gave me the price & told me which hair to get for what i was getting (butterfly locs), and even gave me her personal cell to ft her while i was at the store getting the hair to make sure i got the right one. The ladies at the shop were very nice as well. I have very short hair because i usually wear finger waves, so i was afraid they weren’t going to be able to do it, but THEY DID!! & they did an excellent job. I walked in to get an appointment for the next day however they convinced me to stay and get it done right away… which was a Friday after work. I thought it was too late to start waist length individuals after 4pm. Wrong! Elizabeth not only started my braids she washed my hair and finished in less than 4 hours! All while we watched my favorite show. Elizabeth and Linda are amazing! Auntie (Justine) was very friendly and she helped match my hair color perfectly. I will definitely be back! The best hair braiding experience ever. And I didn’t need to take ibuprofen to deal with extremely tight braids. When I walked in the house my husband said “Hi Beautiful!”. I’ll definitely be back. Friendly, fast service! My 1st time back to the shop since the pandemic began a year ago. I felt safe, as all braiders had masks on, social distancing was set up and the shop was spotless. I was in and out in less than 2 hours and I was a last minute appointment and they went out of their way to stay after closing to get me in.
