I always take more than an hour to get my nails done, in this place took less than half an hour, bad work, bad techs to do nails, is like they don’t care, rush to getting more customers. I cannot talk about all girls but the one that took my nails, awful experience, never go back again

I come here frequently not because it’s anything fancy but because it’s convenient. It’s a dirty, no frills, old school nail salon; meaning they STILL do acrylic nails. Dust everywhere, cheap $1 drying fans, old equipment and reeking of fumes. I only ever get SNS/Color Gel here which they do a decadent job with. SNS $35 and Color Gel for $25, which I think is fair. I have only gotten one pedicure so far and was worried that my toe might come off from how dirty the sink basin was. Never again.

Writing on behalf of my girlfriend who just got her nails done about 30 mins ago. The lady doing her nails was extremely rude – speaking in Spanish (which my girlfriend understands every word). Staff is horrible – Disgusting place.

I got ombre and nails for $60. One nail cracked right in the middle two days later. Went to get it fixed fine. The very next day I had three more nails crack in the middle as well and that’s without me do anything crazy with my nails. I didn’t bother to go back as I don’t have time to be in and out of the nail salon every two days. Will never go back.

Wendy is awesome! She’s quick in doing my nails and understands that I am extremely sensitive! Place is clean but could have a little more distance between guests but that’s just because of Covid. Otherwise I don’t mind coming here.

Nothing is clean. Idk who stated that but, nothing is clean. The tools are not cleaned the pedicure tube is cleaned with hand soap and after the tools are done they use it on the next customer. The acrylics were so uneven and my cuticles were cut so bad the skin started peeling. The make up prices as they go and add unnecessary charges with no explanation.

They are so rude. And they don’t treat your hands with care. One of the female workers was too rough with my hands that she cut three of my fingers. She told me to go for a service (more expensive) than what I originally asked for. So I said no to her and immediately after she seemed to be annoyed with me. When my acrylic nails were done, I noticed they were not shaped evenly and were a bit too thin. But I was nice enough to give her a good tip anyway and thanked them for their services. She didn’t give a smile or even look at me. Then the next day, one of the nails broke off….. I’ve never had this problem at any nail place before.

This place was extremely horrible. I don’t recommend ever going here if you want good quality nails. They are extremely rough on your hands and are very rude. When I came here a guy attended me but the whole time he was talking to another man causing him to cut me several times. This place is rather pricey for their horrible services. Please find another place you’ll regret it. The shape of my nails were uneven and the sizes too. If i could give this a zero star rating I would. PLEASE DON’T COME HERE!
