10/14/22 : 11:30 – When you ask the barber to leave three inches all over to cover my ears and collar, this is what she gave me. She even repeated the instructions back to me. It will grow out to that length in 4 months, maybe. Not a happy customer! I guess she just went into auto pilot mode and cut it like her last customer. Her comment was “there, that looks so much better”. It’s not a bad cut, it just wasn’t what I asked for nor wanted. I hate having hair this short.

This place is amazing! Called yesterday to see if I could get an appointment for my 80 year old parents. The ladies listened to what we wanted and set an appointment for the next day. My mom loves her haircut and has her confidence back. My dad loved the pampering with the warm towel and foam shaving. Took 5 years off of his looks. trimmed his eyebrows, ears, nose and hair. Shaved his face and neck.
