I fly from Washington, DC just to have Kayla do my hair. Kayla is always professional and the best at her craft. She is continously studying and going to classes to continue to grow her business. Kayla is amazing! Kayla is always accommodating. Kayla has come in on her off days to make sure I am ready for my national meetings. She is willing to take her own free time to accommodate emergencies. She has been doing my hair for many years and I would recommend her for all her services. She has the hands to grow you hair. I am disappointed in the lack of professionalism in customer service and communication. I had an appointment scheduled for Saturday, February 5th, that was previously planned and confirmed and received notification on Tuesday that my appointment was rescheduled for Sunday at 9 am. That was fine, and I was understanding due to the circumstances. So I rearranged my schedule to accommodate this new time. However, this afternoon I received yet another notification stating that the appointment time needed to be changed again for 1 pm on Sunday. I informed the assistant that, unfortunately, I had plans for Sunday afternoon that were already rescheduled once, so I would not be available.
