I’ve been a customer of Just Air Weston for over 2 years now. I’ve always had very good service there. My favorite stylist is Danielle…this girl knows hair! I book her almost weekly to wash and style my hair and it always comes out perfect. Getting compliments is a sure thing after she’s done it. Great job on hiring Danielle, Just Air!

Just left Justair Blow dry Bar Weston. I had an amazing experience! The front desk was extremely nice and efficient. My stylist, Danielle was excellent and very sweet. She knew exactly what I wanted and how to style my hair according to its texture. I will definitely be going back for more blow dries often! Thank you, Danielle and Justair Weston!

Scheduled my appointment a week in advance just for them to put me down for 40 mins. Then they managed to make two girls blow dry my hair and one of them was doing a very poor job of it. When trying to correct her the rude manger stepped in. The manger that was present on 11/30/19 was extremely mean and disrespectful. She kept telling my mother and I to just let them do their job that they can’t do anything about my hair. Even though the other lady was doing a fine job. I suggest not going here at all of you want to be treated in a gross manner just because you didn’t like the way your own hair was turning out in a service you paid for. I suggest going to Fabio and Yovannis the staff is much nicer and it’s also set in Weston with the same price range.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Just called to make an appointment and the girl that answers the phone has the worst nasty attitude. I’ve been there a. Couple of times and now I ONLY let Elizabeth touch my hair. ( I had a bad experience with another girl from the same location that dryed my hair with her fingers, did not use a comb!!! ) anyway. But today she wasn’t there and I told the receptionist that I will call back another day for Elizabeth and she gave me attitude. She hung up before I said bye. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAPPENS. To the owner of this location** you should really train your staff to basic customer service as we are the people that pay for these services. I can assure you I’m not coming back just because I’m tired of calling and getting a nasty attitude from your receptionist. Will find another place that know how to treat people.

I came here last week and the service was great. This was my first time going to this location and it’s now my favorite! The stylist did a great job and she took her time with me. She even gave me advice on my highlights. This location is also really peaceful and in a beautiful area.

This is the first negative review I have ever written – the stylist who dried my hair was completely incompetent – pronounced herself “finished” when my hair was still actually wet, and did not know how to use a curling iron – I had curls pointing all different ways and I looked ridiculous. My two daughters were with me and they too were rushed and their hair looks better when they do it themselves. By the time we got home (7 minutes later), all the curl had fallen out on one of them – and I have photos to prove it. It was obvious we weren’t happy – one person did offer to fix it but then she didn’t have time so we were asked to pay (full price; no discount for completely botching our hair) and left. Anyone who wants a blowout in Weston should avoid Justair and go to a salon instead.

Obviously this people don’t care about bad reviews , because that’s all I see here bad reviews from multiple customers and still they haven’t change anything. Got there at 6pm for my hair appointment and the girl who was doing my hair was done in less than 30 minutes , I’m not the type of person to leave bad reviews , in fact I’ve never done it , but if I’m telling you how I want my hair done and you just keep doing whatever you want I’m going to have a problem . She blow dried my hair with her hands , she didn’t use a brush or parted my hair to make sure it wasn’t wet , used her hands and said that’s it it’s done I said no it’s not it’s humid but of course she was in a rush and wanted by to leave . Would never come back , she should be thankful I’m not putting her name here .

I have been a standing appt on Saturday for over a year – in my 52 hours at Just Air Weston I have always been treated well and have been amazed how the manager Jody deftly handles her clients and the staff. She is a professional who is a talented stylist as well. I read some of these disparaging reviews and sadly that is the curse of social media when people pose as someone they are not out of jealousy and write false things. So while this is sadly part of our social media culture you can see me – a real customer/ every Saturday at 9;45 grateful for Jody & Just Air.
