Critical: ProfessionalismI’ve been going here for over a year and I love it but yesterday was a bad experience. I always get my eyebrows threaded by Mira but when I walked in to get them done she was on the phone which is never an issue. The issue was that she was not paying attention when doing my eyebrows and trimmed them poorly after threading. She was on the phone the whole time while this happened.I had gotten my brows done with her two weeks prior to yesterday so I know they were in good shape but this time around she didn’t pay attention for being on the phone while threading.I added a photo and on the right eyebrows you can see how it was cut to short creating a small dip on my eyebrow.I’ve been going here for over a year and I love it but yesterday was a bad experience. I’ve been going here for over a year and I love it but yesterday was a bad experience. I always get my eyebrows threaded by Mira but when I walked in to get them done she was on the phone which is never an issue. The issue was that she was not paying attention when doing my eyebrows and trimmed them poorly after threading. She was on the phone the whole time while this happened.

Critical: QualityStopped going there months ago but after the first time I went every single time I got threading done I was cut. And the cuts weren’t minor it was all over my face and it looked bad. I’ve been getting my face threaded for almost 15 years now and I never had it look as bad as when I got it done at that place. The last time I ever went the owner said she was on lunch and would be back by a certain time. I then drove around and called her before I made my way back over there she said she was open and available. When I got there her door was still locked and I waited and knocked for 10 minutes and called outside the door and then she refused to answer her phone. I honestly think she cut me on purpose.
