The lady who had been doing my eyebrows for years was tied up with another customer. Another lady comes out back graciously apologizing for eating lunch (NOT a problem i go through the same thing at my job). She grabs a mirror and points out my RIGHT eyebrow has hair missing. Then proceeds to thread me and once she’s done my LEFT eyebrow is soooo thin! When I point it out she got very angry. Clearly you could see the difference in the skin where my eyebrow had been ALL summer from the tan line!!! UNBELIEVABLE! Make it make sense. NEVER again! They just lost a loyal customer.

Critical: ProfessionalismFor a first timer doing Brazilian wax I felt Jigna was very insensitive. After hearing other people’s experiences apparently mine was not great at all. Didn’t even give me a wipe at start to clean and didn’t even let me know when she was going to snatch off. I was not explained a thing. I kept saying is my first time I don’t Know what to expect. The pain was insane I was hurting so bad. When I got home I had blood dots. I even asked is this normal?? Critical: QualityTheee absolute worst ever! My eyebrows are not aligned correctly and she stripped away and thinned out my thick eyebrows. I walked in and told her I needed a clean up and to keep my brows thick and lined up. She did the exact opposite! Do not go here!

I’ve been coming here for years and I’ve never had a problem. The ladies are very nice and polite. They always do a great job on my eyebrows and it’s very cheap! I never trust anyone else with my eyebrows.

If I could give them a zero I would. Other days I would come in I would be treated nicely and even asked how I wanted my eyebrows before they were done. But on Tuesday the lady had a attitude as soon as my mom and I walked in. When she would ask to hold your lid she would say it in a mad tone. Look ma’m if your having a bad day don’t take it out on others and their eyebrows.. my eyebrows have it’s natural shape.. no need to take any hair off, common sense. If your not sure.. ask because either way your doing work on an individuals face that is not your own. So, no you didn’t have to do it “your way” as you stated when I showed you how upset I was with how you left my eyebrows. Failed to even apologize just said “well what do you want me to do about it? There’s nothing I can do about it now.” Well obviously you can’t stick my eyebrow back on. Over here making me feel like I was back in 2005. After you said you were not going to charge me, you charged my mom $17. Not even going to be upset about it. You probably need it more then I do. Needless to say I’m never coming back. You all have a nice day.

She wouldn’t pluck my eye brows and said she didn’t have tweezers. Then proceeded to put on my eyelashes with TWEEZERS! Then tinted my eyebrows and without asking she made them so big and didn’t not follow my shape if the eyebrows. Then she put on my eyelashes and left blobs if glue on my eyelid. I asked her to take it off and she said that’s how it is. This was my first time for all this so never doing this again.
