Critical: Professionalism, QualityA customer of many yrs, I went to Ashley Manning for hair coloring, my most recent trip was a disaster. I stated clearly I wanted my hair as usual the last 3 months. However, this time despite what I asked her to do she did the opposite and admitted even doing that.I reached out to her to solve the issue via phone before this review and allowed her the opportunity to fix. She said sorry and admitted to doing her ( own blend which was not as I asked or anything like the last 3 months I attempted to resolve the issue with her first , hoping since I was a customer of yrs she would take responsibility . Instead she said I did not understand ( which I do and do my own hair often ) I would have accepted a correction or refund. She said sorry and -did not take responsibility of any kind. I felt not only did this damage her professional reputation . I realized she here only for money at any cost to others.I am now out $ 100.00 have gray- brown hair and orange roots and have to work .Do not go to this Ashley Manning , she will treat you bad no matter how long you are a customer and she will not offer to correct her mistakes .
