My daughter wanted a spa day for her birthday so I looked around and I got in touch with just polished salon owner. She put together a very nice last minute, spa day party for my daughter and her cousins. When I say last minute mean less than 24hours last minute. We didn’t need to purchase anything including the snacks and food, all we had to do was show up. Everything was decorated so nice with the colors my daughter wanted. All the girls had a very good time with getting their nails done, and coming jr nail techs while they sip and paint with age appropriate music playing in the back ground. We had so much plan that we planning on going back for a mother daughter spa day.

Please stay far away from this salon if you care about your nails. I decided to go with this place because it had 4.5 stars. BEWARE: 80% OF THE POSITIVE GOOGLE REVIEWS ARE FAKE. Unfortunately I didn’t notice this until after my service. Sorry Ms. Trap, I wanted to like your salon but after further evaluation I have to make sure no one goes near this place.

When I walked through the door to get service done the owner was in a bad mood and very unprofessional. The establishment was in disarray and did not look clean at all. I showed her a picture of what I wanted my nails to look like and she did not and even attempt to achieve that. The pictures below showed the work. Once the service was completed she did not ask me if her work was satisfactory and still continue to have horrible customer service. She then explained to me that everything she did it was itemized and the Nails ended up costing $75. Once more, I had already paid $45 online and she told me that I only paid 20 for the deposit and then proceeded to charge me another $50. I had to come back because she almost charge me $100 for the entire service and had to almost argue with her in order for her to understand that I had been overcharged. I will never return to the salon.
