Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThis was a very last minute decision and it was a bad one on my end. I asked for a simple design and the man barely acknowledged me and just said “No”. Then I asked if he could cut my nails shorter, and he completely ignored me and did not even look at me or anything to acknowledge he actually heard me. My fingers were in PAIN while getting them done. I was cut by the drill so many times and he just continued to dig into my skin even though I was visibly moving my hand away in pain. He was rude about how long they needed to stay in the UV light. And not to mention how DISGUSTING and unclean this place is. While sitting in the chair I wondered if there would be bugs crawling into my purse or up my chair. The moment I sat down, I was ready to get up. Only good thing is the price. $20 for fill. This was a very last minute decision and it was a bad one on my end. I asked for a simple design and the man barely acknowledged me and just said “No”. Then I asked if he could cut my nails shorter, and he completely ignored me and did not even look at me or anything to acknowledge he actually heard me. If I could give a zero I would. Worst pedicure I have EVER gotten. I just moved to the area and there are so many nail salons, I thought I would try one that was convenient to my day/other errands. The woman repainted my nail color THREE times because she kept getting it on my skin and it kept looking like an 8 year old did it. She also did a terrible job removing dead skin/cuticles. I was there for over an hour and a half for a regular (non spa) pedicure and the final product was still horrible. I need to go get my nails repainted because they look so bad. Do not waste your time and money and go to one of the thousands of other nail salons in the area. Honestly, when I do them at home it takes less time and I do a better job. By the way, I have never left a Google review before – this pedicure is so terrible I just had to.

Critical: QualityIf I could give it a 0 I would. Here’s why… my nails after 4days are cracking and lifting, the guy cut the side of my pinky with the drill and did not clean the tool after just kept going. Here is a photo of my nails. Would not recommend them at all!

This is the first time I’ve ever written a review of anything… anywhere. I’m compelled to do so because of all these reviews that I’m reading. Just Nails isn’t a 5 star spa. It’s a small nail joint, predominately walk-ins, in a strip mall. If anyone thought they were getting the Milagro treatment before they went in, they need their heads examined. Just Nails is the best place around for WHAT IT IS! The owner, Bob, is a hardworking, honest, TALENTED manicurist. I get my nails done by him every two weeks. He charges the lowest prices around, he does my nails exactly how I like them (short stiletto), when I make an appointment I’ve never had to wait (ever!), and when I frequently break my left thumb nail bowling, he fixes it free of charge. I’m in and out in 20 minutes. He doesn’t massage my hands, or use fancy scented water with lilies floating in it… I get a 22 minute fill for $22. He always smiles when I walk in, talks to me about weather and business and such for 22 minutes, and I see him again in two weeks, and repeat. I feel that I get exactly what I pay for, and that gets my 5 stars.

I actually go here often and they do an excellent job with my pedicure (don’t get anything else done). They take their time and their chairs are really comfortable. I never feel rushed and their service is consistently great unlike some of the other places I’ve used in this area which are usually a hit or miss. Everyone I’ve dealt with has been friendly but not overly (“fakely”) so…I would definitely recommend this place!

The older gentleman was a bit rude when I first entered…instead of giving me the gel colors…he said “its over there…” Helen who did my pedicure was great and funny had alot of personality….I like her…was a bit rough with my feet during the cuticle cleaning but still awesome!!
