Just Nails

Critical: ProfessionalismFirst time at this place & never again. I got my nails done by the lady that’s by the entrance on the left side. Horrible attitude. Honestly did not like the service the nails are un even sizing the painting was done like whatever. My cuticles are burning I because she goes to hard on it. I requested for two R’s which she couldn’t do and was getting mad at me because I was not liking it but at the end I am paying for it. First time at this place & never again. I got my nails done by the lady that’s by the entrance on the left side. Horrible attitude. Honestly did not like the service the nails are un even sizing the painting was done like whatever. My cuticles are burning I because she goes to hard on it. Critical: Professionalism, QualityOh my God I don’t even know why I went to this place even after reading all the reviews. Well the man working there was indeed nice and friendly. the lady tho, I wouldn’t recommend to get your lashes done there at all. I am writing this after I took of my lashes 2 hours after I got them done. She kept burning my eye with the glue she was using and still keep screaming telling me to open my eyes when my eyes were burning. She place the lashes over each other that I couldn’t even take them off easily. I guess this is going to be the last time m getting my lashes done. I even payed more than what I should have payed for a lash that don’t even look good from the beginning. I keep telling her something wasn’t right she told me no it’s okay. Take a risk and go there if you want your lashes done there fr. She at least wasn’t even nice at all for most of her customers. Well the man working there was indeed nice and friendly. the lady tho, I wouldn’t recommend to get your lashes done there at all. My nails only last one week and when brought to the lady in the front’s attention she said she didn’t have time for this and kept talking over me. The place states that it is under new management. Well the old management was a lot friendlier and had better customer service. This place is very unprofessional and the rest of the staff seems to be afraid of her. I came in to get a gel overlay and I attempted to tell the staff what I wanted. The staff was not friendly and kept cutting me off in my sentences while talking. My nails only last one week and when brought to the lady in the front’s attention she said she didn’t have time for this and kept talking over me. The place states that it is under new management.
