Most unsanitary place I’ve ever been to. Their version of sanitizing the pedicure bowls was to wipe it down with a towel without cleanser. No cleanser in sight. My water had something floating in it, clearly someone else’s skin and she lied and said it was nail color. They reuse tools on multiple people just an infection waiting to happen. Absolutely disgusting

I got a pedi done here and it was cheap but so was the job. My feet did not feel smooth, the polish was messy as well. The wait was over an hour and the pedi was done in 20mins. They also skipped a bunch of steps. The main one being the massage, which is why I get pedis. I was disappointed, I know I wont go back to this place. Pedicure

Critical: QualityI’ve kept trying to give them chance after chance to do my nails right. Every time I’ve been they’ve done my nails so uneven and then I ask them to fix them and they’re still uneven. Acrylic all on my cuticles that get snagged on everything. This last time I asked him to double prime my nails bc apparently I have oily nail beds and i haven’t had any problems with lifting since I started doing double prime. I asked him and he told me no that he’s not going to do that. Well it’s been 5 days since I got them done and they were lifting so bad they were getting caught on my hair and pulling my hair and nails and it hurt so I literally peeled them off like I just had glue on them ♀️ That’s how easy they came off. $50 for what? I love going to Just Nails. The staff is interesting if you take the time to actually talk to them. Too many people dribble on their phones instead of engaging in conversation. Kevin and Kelly have worked very hard to maintain an atmosphere of courtesy and professionalism that other places overlook. Kevin is very detailed and time oriented. Kelly is wonderful and brings that feminine touch. The rest of the staff are polite and always looking for a chance to serve. Stop by and get your appt.

This is my 2nd time going here and the first time a guy did my feet and did really well. This time a young lady did them but wasnt as smooth on the bottom. I will be back though because those prices are Great for a pedicure and mani with gel!!!!
