They do a good job on nails, but their gel doesn’t last more than 5-7 days. Great gel nails tend to last at least 10-12 days on me before a nail or two peels. I’ve had one nail peel on me witting 3-4days and the second one peel on me today, day 8.

I have been a long time customer here, same male employer for many many years, under a new different company names. I stopped going for a while, but becauae I am so used to him and he is pretty quick, I still had been going. Unfortunately that ended today. I had called for an appointment to fix 2 broken nails and polish change. I was told to call back as he waa busy, I asked how long an hour..more…what? He said more. I sis and he aais to come in. A FYI my nails were just done last week, but at least 1 nail breaks becauae there isnt wnouhh acrylic … I literally pulled up my blanket in bed and my nail broke. None the less I have kept loyal here. Well when I come in for my appointment he is working on other people, so he told me his niece would be doing polish change so she didnmt toes first. I then am told to sit at her table which I was already not at ease with becauae she is not good at doing acrylics, I kept letting her know the shape she was doing was too thin and wouldnt match my other shape, due to a language barrier she says ok and kept working and began adjusting my other nails, I explained to her no, its not right so he steps in and tried to tell me it looked okay. I sais no its not ok they dont even look the same its pointy, and shes ruining my other shape, he says next time you come ill fix it all… I said im not leaving with my nails all messed up. So i asked them to fix it so it as at least decent. Once it was time to do the routine, oil in cuticles, wash hands, pay, polish. I did as I always do handed her my card and she put my card beside her instead of going to charge it right away. My mother came in with me today, my best friend came to meet me there in hopes of doing her nails as well… well the niece has a small child 2 or younger who she often goes to check on him while doing nails as he is running around being a child. I believe she got distracted and misplaced my card. Accidents happen, but instead I was told by the male I never gave it to her, and I explained it to him I handed to her and she put it down, i asked her loud and clear infront of everyone and she said she had seen it that I put it on the desk. He told me its okay just cancel it. I said so how do you expect me to pay you? Also reminded him that it is my only card I use with my money, and I have a 3 year old who needs things and its the weekend, I can’t even get money from my account! I left my card there, my nails were wet there was no way I grabbed it, and my mom and besrfriend looked in all out wallets incase. As I am drying my nails my mom and bestfriend are helping her look. But because she could not find it she took the next customer, and started doing their nails. She looses it and I become the person to blame. I couldn’t believe it after the many years I have been there. On top of it because I am who I am and will not have a dirty name due to them I said I have some cash what is it That I owe to see if I have enough. $22 she says, and I had already left her a $5 tip i asked my mom to get it from my wallet. Im shocked they even took money knowinf she messed up and lost mt card. He has always had a bad attitude but once you ge tro know him its a littler but today I was in shock how I was being treated.
