I wanted such a simple set…first a man did it and as he was doing it he kept moving my hand out of the way. Then a lady came to do the lines on my nails(very nice btw) but it just wasn’t working for me. She removed the paint and re-did my nails; they do look better but definitely not what I wanted. Critical: Professionalism, QualityI will not be doing business with this shop again. Horrible experience. I am not one to write reviews, nor am I too picky about my nails. It was their attitude and rudeness that got to me. All I needed was a polish change, and maybe that’s why I was treated poorly. They tried to change the price on me mid-way through from $20 to $25. And to top it off, he royally buffed up my cuticles to the point where they bled by being so rough with their buffer tool. No idea why or how this place has over 4 stars. I am being very nice with my 2 star…… really should be One Star.I will not be doing business with this shop again. Horrible experience. I will not be doing business with this shop again. Horrible experience. I am not one to write reviews, nor am I too picky about my nails. It was their attitude and rudeness that got to me. All I needed was a polish change, and maybe that’s why I was treated poorly. They tried to change the price on me mid-way through from $20 to $25. I’m not sure what the young girls name was but my oldest daughter told me about this place so my mom and I went for mothers day I tried using 2 color ombre effect Omg!!!! Hello so I just went to get my nails done. And Jimmy did them. The first time i went my experience was great. Which is why I went back but after this bad experience I won’t be going back again. Idk if Jimmy had a bad day but there was attitude and rudeness. The quality in my nails are 2 out of 5, I got a full set. There is still polish left around my cuticles and on my fingers. If I can post pictures I will. The other staff are nice. But today was not a good day for him and I don’t think I will be going back.
