I brought my 3 yr old grandson here for a cut; not his first. We checked in but My grandson was somewhat apprehensive (not crying nor pitching a fit) and I took him out front to talk with him and negotiate the haircut thing. After about 2-3 minutes of talking he agreed to give it a go. HERE’S THE KICKER: when we went back in, the dude had LEFT for the day. Gone out the back I guess, while we were at the front door in negotiation. I asked the man to give me five minutes and he agreed, but didn’t even give us two. If you didn’t want to cut it, ya could’ve just said so.

Terrible customer service! I sat waiting for 20min and no one said anything my me or my son. I called prior to and was told it would take about 5 min to get my sons hair cut but when I got there they acted as if we weren’t there . I guess they just wanted us to sit there until they felt like talking idk but I wouldn’t recommend this place

Clean calm atmosphere. Wont be returning tho because my hairline was pushed back and I specifically stated when I sat down that I hate when my hairline is pushed back. Guess ill just be taking my 4hr drive back to NC every 3wks. I have no luck with Ga barbers. So far the best barbershop I have been to since I’ve been in Hinesville. My barber was, Chicago. He’s the truth with the clippers. Hooked me up with the freshest fade and beard line up. I highly recommend his professionalism and expertise.
