My chiropractor advised deep tissue massage as a compliment to the adjustments she was giving me. I had heard good things about Kristy Baker so I decided to give her a try. Her way of doing deep tissue massage is very focused on the damage or area that needs to be healed. It is not what I would consider a spa type of massage but rather one that actually makes a long term difference! I am actually better and seeing my chiropractor a lot less. Fewer headaches, fewer neck aches and my shoulders are more flexible too. I will always count on Kristy as my partner in wellness!
