The salon was really cute, everyone was super nice. I really hate to say it but I asked for a haircut with layers, showed a picture and got a shoulder length bob cut. I’m super unhappy with it. My hair was long and I just wanted it to be a little shorter and have layers. My hair is uncomfortably short now and there are no layers.

I was waiting for 3 hrs beyond my appointment time to take off hair extension. Then I was told that I have to take them off myself in order for them to reapply it and I was sent home with oil on my head. When I came back home I lost almost all my hair. I had to wear wig for 2 months after that- balding patches were awful. I had a very caring hair stylist back in New York but when I moved here I am slightly shocked how no one cares about you.
