I was referred by friend to Just Hair for Keritan treatment for $260 (not a cheap one!). They were very pleasant and completed treatment w/o issue. However, 3 days later after washing, i noticed the Keritan did not take. I called and spoke with Shannon the stylist and she said she would have owner (Leanne) call me back. No call for a week so I called back and left message. A week later, she called during my work hours and left message. I called her back immediately and she said she would call me back. She has been avoiding calls for 8 weeks saying she would “call me back.” As such, she lost a potential cut, color, and Keritan client. And, worst of all, she made a referring client embarrassed for referring. Isn’t word of mouth their bread and butter? If she would have done the right thing,she could have made everyone happy. What would it have costed her? $20 maybe for product? I don’t get it.
