Absolutely the best service I’ve ever received! Polite and attentive, Dixie never disappoints. Her station in the salon is always clean and tidy, and that is only outshined by the work she does. My daughter bought a gift certificate for my girl friend for Christmas. For some reason she put an expiration date on the gift certificate for 3 months. My girlfriend called and asked if she could extend it by 6 weeks until we went on vacation and she was told no because she was given a discount and that is why she had an expiration date. My daughter was not given a discount she paid 55.00 for Dixies manicure services, so what difference does it make when my girlfriend used the certificate, Dixie had been paid in full in advance. Having your nails done is a luxury, you don’t have to have them done. I own my own business and there is a lot of competition in all areas of business today and the ONLY thing that matters is giving the customer great service. Dixie might do good work, but she has a lot to learn about customer service and making them feel special.

If what she has done for you doesn’t meet your satisfaction, she will redo it until it does. No matter what. I’ve known Dixie since she was in beauty school getting her certification. She’s good…really, really good. So good that I have followed her from beauty school to her first and second locations at local Maryville salons and now at Textur. She did terrific nail art (birthday candles) on my ring fingers for my birthday (which was this week), and her gel work lasts two full weeks for me.
