She said she could do sculptured nails, so i made an appointment. I get there and she wants to out tips I told her I wanted sculptured and her excuse was she was out of forms. I understand that we all run out of stuff but if ur in the business and someone asks for something and u don’t have it then don’t make the appointment or let the customer know that ur of that particular thing.
