Critical: Professionalism, QualityJo jo cut my hair. Asked for only to neaten up the ends etc I already had (bob with longer in front sides). First of all she went so fast cutting it because she had a customer waiting to rinse out their color. I had to dry and straighten my hair myself so she could attend to her which I didn’t mind much. When I looked at the back of my hair it was chopped all up. One side had a clump missing in the back, the back was all crooked and I never said to put layers(crooked layers) n the back. It was at the time I went in all one length in the back like I wanted to keep! I never said to put layers in back there. When I saw this I was upset because unlike a color YOU CANT FIX A CUT!
