Went to get a men’s haircut, she told me 20 mins. 40 minutes later nothing. The two employees there are working on one persons hair? I get up to leave and she runs to the parking lot to say she’s ready. Terrible customer service. Didn’t end up getting a haircut. Stay away from here.

Waiting for some Pizza to be ready at Lil Caesar’s I wandered into this little beauty shop and asked about getting a haircut. Now this place is pretty unassuming but hairdresser Suzanne did the best job on my hair after years of patronage to establishments like Floyd’s, Rock n Roll Buzz cuts. The prices are very reasonable in my best estimation. Glad I came in! I have had 5 cuts with Suzanne and all are winners.

I went to this salon with my son expecting to get a bob, but I came out with a messed up grandma haircut. My son and I had two different hairstylists, so his haircut ended up being all right. His hair was cut by a guy in the store, and his hair was relatively the same to the picture that he showed. I showed one lady pictures of bobs, and she started to cut. When a large length of my hair was cut off, I knew she messed up. It was about half the length of what I wanted, and not even close to the right shape. I told her that she messed up, and she accused me of confusing her, and she called my hair a “pixie cut.” It isn’t the first time either. My son had gone here before and had received the wrong haircut from her too. Here are some photos. I’m only giving one star for my son’s haircut. My haircut and the bob are in the pictures.

I came to this salon because I lived near it. I told them to cut my hair to my shoulders. Then a lady was called up to do my hair. I went home after that and took a shower. When I got out of the shower, my hair was really poofy and they fell off when I combed it. I had to wear a hat to work for more than a week. It looked really terrible. They are not professional at all and don’t know how to do business. I don’t recommend

Wish I can give 0 stars! Worst experience ever!! Terrible customer service and UNPROFESSIONAL, and RUDE!!! Went to get my hair done they screwed up I showed them a style and their like ok but they just literally curled my hair and while I was waiting for my friend to finish the curls were just gone. I could’ve of just done this at home. Only came here because the lady I usually go to was closed on this day and they see near me and was very last minute. Waste of money!! HIGHLY DON’T RECOMMEND!!! If your thinking of coming here for haircuts or anything. They don’t know how to do their job. They take literally 5 hours on 1 person and still do a terrible job!!! If your thinking of coming here think again unless you wanna damage your hair!!! I don’t even think they have licenses!!!

I love this barbershop/salon this is my 3rd time here and the stylist are professional and very detailed on the haircuts ( they take their time ) also they alway s wash my hair after the cut with the amazing products they use and sell .. they did my color today into a beautiful grey/ silver tone and I love the translucent tones makes it look so natural and effortless. I highly recommend this place I work long hours and they always work with my busy work schedule to get fit me in … best barbershop in west hills .. thank you just for you ….
