I did a walk in appointment a month ago and received a decent haircut. Decided to return this time and made an appointment with the same Barber. After getting at least six confirmation texts and reminders about my appointment, I showed up only to be told the barber was not there and they didn’t know when he would arrive. All the other barbers were full. I left without a haircut and was very disappointed because I was leaving for a business trip following day. Will not return. It’s also sad to me to see that three of the staff members parked in the most closest upfront parking places in front of the business. Leaving the customers to walk all the way across the parking lot is not very indicative of great customer service. As stated, I will not return.

I took my son here for a haircut and he loved it! Hes usually shy and feels nervous when he gets a haircut from the scissors and the sound of the buzzer but he felt comfortable here. Great customer service and everyone was super welcoming when we came in. Lida was the lady who was cutting my sons hair and she made him feel super comfortable by cracking some jokes with him and asking about his favorite hobbies. Most barber shops don’t usually communicate much so this was a great experience, will be bringing my son back here!

This place is amazing! My fiancé and 6 year old son are regulars here. Andre who owns the place is great at what he does. He is very patient with my little one and always comes out looking handsome!! We use to live in the area but moved an hour away. And we take that trip to get a haircut. It’s worth it every time! Haircut

The barber shop I was planning to go to was closed due to understaff so I came to this location as a walk in, I rarely leave reviews for places but I am beyond satisfied with my experience here. Ms. Lida was amazing with my haircut and really took time with her work. She would ask me half way in the haircut if this is okay and I felt in good hands. Definitely recommend getting a haircut with Ms. Lida shes amazing!

I used to be a regular here but I have seen the service deteriorate in the last six months. During in my recent (and will be the last) visit, I waited for 25 minutes for a haircut (I had an appointment). When I checked why is it getting late, I was told “we are not robots. you can go away if you aren’t interested”. I was irritated by the delay, but much more by the comments and the tone. Will never visit this place again.

There were three barbers when I walked in. Two cut well but mine didn’t. I told her not to cut the bangs and it was cut short without permission, I grew out my hair for three months for nothing. Also my hair was totally uneven. She needs to practice without being paid. She second guessed my $6 tip I was very hesitant to give. Now I have to get a hair cut to even out my hair.

one of my boys recommended this place and i was skeptical at first only cuz im super picky about who cuts my hair but it ended up being the best cut I’ve had in a while! lida was detail oriented and did my lineup and fade really well, and was super friendly and patient. 20/10 recommend
