Critical: ProfessionalismI have been going to this Salon since they first opened, even supported them when technically they should have been shut down during Covid restrictions. I went today as a walk-in, knowing appointments had priority. Waited almost an hour and when I was next, a lady that came in 30 minutes AFTER me walks in and announces she can’t wait, she has another appointment. The Salon employee looks at me point blank and asks in front of EVERYONE, can she go before you? I’m sorry, it’s the day before a holiday, we ALL have somewhere to be. Obviously she was more important, so I walked out after wasting an hour in this place. I went today as a walk-in, knowing appointments had priority.
