I found this massage studio while visiting from the D.C. area in May. I chose the 90 minute massage plus back exfoliation with Charisse. I was BLOWN AWAY at how good this was, and I routinely receive massage therapy. Charisse was highly detail oriented – even massaging elbows and ankles and her technique was spot-on. I don’t know that I have ever had a massage as thorough as hers. Must book in advance – this is a small facility where each therapist has their own small waiting area with entry directly into their massage room. My experience was so good that I will be booking an appointment every time I return to the Madison/Huntsville area!!

If you get covid don’t try and do the right thing and cancel the appointment so you don’t expose the staff. They will charge you anyway. Just go there get your massage and give to all of them. No flexibility in a cancellation policy is trash especially when the customer is trying to do the right thing.

They could be a lot more understanding. In these times of Covid ramping up a 24 hour notice is not always feasible. I did not get a positive result until a couple hours before my appointment. I do understand it is inconvenient but this is completely out of my control. To charge me 80 bucks for not daring to infect anyone there is cruel. I will never make another appointment here and will be sure to warn anyone that wants to try this place.
