I have been to many different kinds of massage therapists and continue to be impressed with Elizabeth’s skills and results. She uses more than one approach and really gets to know her clients’ needs in order to adapt her approach. She always takes note of if I am in a more talkative or a quiet mood and is friendly and courteous. Booking and communicating with her is easy and her office is welcoming and relaxing.

Man oh man! I’ve been to many different massage therapists and NONE of them have worked the kinks out of my sore neck and shoulders like Liz! For someone who types 10+ hours a day, I’m used to always feeling a little bit tense, but after just one hour with her, every ounce of tension was gone like magic.

I was quite literally waking up and screaming just trying to sit up every morning. She got my muscles to unlock and it was the biggest relief (after a day or two of my body readjusting). I go back to her every time I need to work out a pesky muscle, for stress relief, or simply to have a good hour chatting and unwinding with my friend. I started going to Liz after a back injury in 2016 that left me in serious pain for weeks on end. I was quite literally waking up and screaming just trying to sit up every morning. She got my muscles to unlock and it was the biggest relief (after a day or two of my body readjusting).
