I have been coming here a while. Escar usually cuts my hair and he does a great job. I came in and he wasn’t available. Unfortunately thats were I made a mistake. Letting someone else cut my hair. This lady didnt seem to know what a low fade means cuz I left with something that looks like a undercut. Horrible job.

Worst haircut I’ve ever gotten. I would give it zero stars if I could. Stylist was rude and did a very poor job. She barely glanced at my reference photo and was rude when I told her I wasn’t happy with the result. She said “that’s what you told me to do” the result is inches shorter, uneven, choppy and does not look like the reference photo at all.

Critical: ProfessionalismWhen I went in to sign up, I wasn’t greeted. The lady with the short bob, light brown hair was rude. I waited for 20 min then I got the text to go in, once I went in she told me my 2 yr old son needed a mask, which I get it. Most places don’t make a toddler wear a mask because of breathing issues, so I was caught off guard. I then told her that he was only 2 and she yelled at me in front of all her clients “I don’t care, put a mask on your baby”. I understand that there are regulations with covid and all, but she could have said things a different way. Just horrible customer service, I was so upset with the way I was treated I just left, I will not be returning. I waited for 20 min then I got the text to go in, once I went in she told me my 2 yr old son needed a mask, which I get it. I had came here once and a guy cut my hair very well, I came back and there were only 2 ladies so I took my chance, not until one of them just chopped my hair without any disregard for what style I had just told them a few seconds before hand. Ended up cutting it way too short and not barely the style I wanted, I’ll live but could’ve been way better.
