Critical: Professionalism, QualityI just left the Weslaco Just A Cut at 1004-E S. Texas Blvd by the HEB store just south of the expressway. Never again will I go there!The young girl was not qualified. She was inept, slow and chopped my hair up badly! I got a 3rd class hack job! I had to go someplace else to make it look presentable! More money out of my pocket I can’t afford! But the second salon fixed it…very nicely.The young woman barely spoke English but she said she understood what I wanted. No she didn’t.With the first cut, she took off way too much length. By this time, it was too late to change it. Then she argued with me saying she did what I asked. She obviously didn’t understand. I was very upset.She needs a job…ok. I get it. But what she did to my hair was beyond awful. Aren’t they required to pass exams before being licensed? My hair grows slowly so I don’t want to hear “It’s just hair. It’ll grow out.” This Just a Cut is not nearly as good as it used to be. I had been there before and got a great cut. The Facebook page showed only bad reviews. I should have read them first.Oh and here’s a fun fact… The shampoo she used smelled exactly like Pine Sol! I love Pine Sol but only on my floors.
