Critical: QualityWent to get a haircut for myself and I showed the woman a photo of what I wanted to get. My have previously was almost similar to the photo and I just wanted small cuts to make my hair match the photo. After showing just her, she glanced once and I asked if she needed the photo and said she already knew what it looked like . At the end, my hair needed horribly, very short, my form of my hair was changed and I looked like a egg. Most of my saved long hair was gone and my progress to my dream hair was shattered. I was very angry and unhappy, I can’t believe I have to return to classes looking like megamind with armpit hair . Had my hair cut by Nancy and she sold me a bottle of their tea tree shampoos. She did a great job and gave me layers without making it look like a mullet. Would definitely go back with her for my touch up.

Told the lady who is (Carmen or Giselle) i want thin hair and short but not to short like to have a bit of length and charged me 31$ when i called as they told me its only 15$ but she ask if i wanted shampoo its included which means it should be 15$ something and worst of all i have to shave my head cause i looked like lord farquhar from sherk this is the worst thing that can ever happen to a person.

If I could give it a 0 star I would. Blonde older lady saw us waiting for 40 minutes saw my kids without shoes and up until my son was up to get his hair cut did she mention that if he didnt have shoes then he couldn’t get his haircut. NOWHERE DID IT SAY NO SHOES NO SHIRT NO SERVICE. That they get told if people don’t have shoes then they cant get their haircut. Mind my kid is 5 and autistic so the fact that he was actually willing to get one was amazing and quite rare just to get told no because of shoes. Never coming back here again.

I used to like this place. Had my haircut done here couple of times until 1 day I went there and i was told that i will be next and it will take 20mins for my turn so decided to go to heb to grab something then when I came back she just finished with another customer but all of a sudden She told me that newly arrived customers turn first before me. Very annoyed! I used to give good tips also but sadly not coming back here ever.
