Critical: ProfessionalismI have been here a few times before for my oldest son… his hair always came out ok but was never great. It was convinence instead of quality for us. They take FOREVER though.This time I went in to take my baby boy for his first haircut and was told all my kids needed masks (they are under the age of needing them according to the state). My 2 year old wont keep anything on his face! But not only that… the 2 times before in the past year I have gone in…my kids were never told they needed masks (as the others were not getting cuts but just sitting in the lobby like always)! The guy who did my sons cut was nice and did a great job but the woman almost skipped us for another lady that they clearly knew when we had been waited at least 20 minutes if not longer she ended up doing my daughters hair but very much so rushed. It looks ok does not really look anything like the picture we showed her. But it does look cute at least.
