The lady with dyed blue hair & black she also has sleeves of tattoos anyways she was decent ( nice wise ) kinda rude tho but she goes really fast she messed up my 1 & 3 years old hair and it wasn’t them she missed parts of the hair and my brothers both different days . My brother went again today and he didn’t have his glasses so he couldn’t see till later but she messed up his hair bad . The design was completely loop sided and she made spots in his hair short when he didn’t even ask for her to do so . She is very fast not paying attention what she’s doing left uneven cutting .

I’ve had some decent cuts the first few times but this last one was the worst. Nikita is good but the nerdy girl not so much.. The socializing aspect of it was kind of nice I guess but that shouldn’t be the main focus on a haircut. Be very specific when you come here. I even showed a picture of someone I wanted a haircut like I wanted and they were familiar with the character. So I trusted her, (big mistake). I asked for a trim for my hair in the back but she cut way too much off, in the middle of the haircut I asked what she was doing, she was cutting way more on one side than the other. She lied straight to my face that my hair would come out even. She left way more on my left side than my right. On top of all that my hair came out very similar to a friend of mine and we asked for completly different haircuts. Just went through the motions and not the request of the customer. I’m not coming here ever again. How do you give the same haircut for TWO Different Requests.

The hair stylist did an excellent job cutting & styling my hair. She told me about other services they provide like hair dye jobs. A shampoo is free with each haircut. They have special prices on Tuesdays. Make an appointment if you go. They were super busy & an appointment would have helped. I highly recommend Just-a-Cut.

Critical: ProfessionalismI walked in, one of the workers was sitting on the customer bench. She asked “What do need?” I said “I would like to get my haircut.” She stated the other girls were out to lunch and would be back in an hour or so. When I returned, another worker was there and asked, “What do you need?” I said, “I would like to get my haircut, please.” The same lady (with short black hair and the worst long eyelashes I’ve ever seen) stated, “I guess I’ll cut your hair now!” I asked her, “How come you couldn’t cut it when I came in almost an hour ago?” Her response was “Because they weren’t here.
