Have been going here for pedicures only. Took my nieces for mani/pedi’s for their long overdue birthday gifts . They took all 3 of us at the same time. And all was good until we were drying and I wanted to pay my bill. Gave the women my debit card and asked for change of a 20.00 , I gave one of them a tip and she went to the women who was charging my debit card to tell her what I gave her as a tip. When she returned with my debit card she was pointing to the tip recommendations at the bottom of the receipt and said you need to give us each a dollar more minimum is 15 %. I wasn’t finished with the tipping and how rude that you even say something about it. She’s lucky that I gave them the extra dollar and lucky I didn’t take it back and walk out .

Go here regularly. They usually do a great job, but many times the person doing my nails is rude and they try and sell you things that you didn’t ask for constantly. The length of complimentary massage with basic services varies between who you get. They do a good job overall and are clean, it just comes down to rude staff. Gel manicures, Pedicure, Manicure

lady who removed my acrylic nails was very aggressive filing. I politely told her what she was doing hurt and she continued anyway. Manager came over to fix her technique (very nice man) but as soon as he left she went back to doing it aggressively. Very disappointed Acrylic nails, Manicure

I got my nails done there (SNS powder) and the next day, two of the nails were cracking under the top coat. I’ve never had this happen with the powder gel. I called them to see if they would fix it and the owner told me to come in so he could look at it before saying yes or no. When I went they were skeptical and not sure if they wanted to fix it. It wasn’t crazy noticeable but powder is supposed to last at least 2 weeks – cracking after less than a day is not right. Instead of taking it off and fixing it the right way, they buffed it down and just added another layer of powder because it was quicker and they seemed to want to get me out. Less than 4 hours later it has cracked again. Really disappointed with the service and the job they did. I don’t often get my nails done so to do so is a treat and it sucks they did such a poor job. Would not recommend this nail salon.
