Critical: ProfessionalismI want to start off by saying this was my first and only time going to this salon. I booked an appointment with Tracy for 2:30 on 8/20 and she texted me an hour before my appointment acting as if I was late. I got there at 2:15 and she started by giving me a pedicure which was great and all. Once we got to the manicure she started getting very impatient and rushed me to pick a color. She didn’t give me anything close to the picture I showed her.. and she grabbed my arm roughly whenever she needed to switch positions and made rude remarks saying “haven’t you ever gotten your nails done??! You need to relax!” So I relax my hands the best I can in the awkward position of the arm rest, and then she says “not like that! You’re ruining your nails!” If she said all this in a polite way yeah thats fine, but she was being very impatient and rude and rushing me out of there as fast as possible. Overall I wouldn’t recommend going to Tracy, she was too rude and very impatient. Maybe because I’m young she thinks it’s okay to talk to me like that, but no.
