Critical: QualitySave your time/money and go to Cutting Edge about a mile down the road. I brought my kid here for a haircut and quickly regretted that decision. The chick cutting his hair told me that I need to change the shampoo he uses because it’s causing build-up. I told her that he uses professional products, and the build up she is referring to, is pomade. She asked me towards the end how his hair looked and I assumed my face said enough, but there was not even the slightest attempt to blend the sides to the top, he looked like a literal mushroom. I pointed out how thick the top looked and she did a few more things and at this point I wanted to cry because it was getting worse. I ended up saying it looks fine just so we could leave and go somewhere to get it fixed. I get to the register, and she grabs whatever product she used in his hair, told me the price and I was like ok, but I guess she assumed my “ok” meant that I wanted that garbage because she rang it up and at this point, I just needed to shut my mouth and leave. We got in the car and my kid was so irritated, not only for the horrible haircut but also mentioned that she smelled like an ashtray and said he thought he was going to pass out from trying to hold his breath lol. We literally drove straight to the next shop, Cutting Edge. Thank God for Kristen because she completely fixed this BS. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueCame to the brusly location and had Shannon as my stylist and did an amazing job. Never had an experience with getting a hair cut like this before will definitely return back here and make an appointment if needed
