Jodie McFarland bleached my hair a little over a month ago and destroyed it. It started falling out, especially when I combed it. For just a root touch up, she left me under the heat for a total of at least thirty minutes. After ten minutes of being under the heat, I told her it was too hot and tried to pull away from the heat. She then pushed it down on my head further and told me I had to wait another twenty minutes. Once she finally took the heat off, I saw a piece of hair sticking up on my head that made me look like Alfalfa from Little Rascals and pointed it out to her. She just looked at it and started playing with it. Then, after all that, she charged me $35 and acted like she was my best friend. Needless to say, I had to get it all cut off yesterday.
