Since Jupiter Tanning changed ownership to Prestige, it has become an amazing salon. I had been coming to this location for 3.5 years and I was ready to cancel my membership when Prestige took over. The new manager convinced me not to cancel and to give them a try. I did and I’m glad I kept it. Not only are the beds cleaned, but there is no excessive waiting times, robes are easily available, and the environment is pleasant.

Paid up front for a year unlimited. After about 6 months, we were leaving for a six month trip, in which I called in and asked for the account to be Frozen. The lady ensured me that my year would Freeze at 6 months, and I would be able to continue using once I returned, “no problem”.

Go to a different salon; some of the worst customer service I have experienced. It is a shame because the business has potential- it quite simply needs better staff. It is not a hard job to do, and the employee are indifferent, uninterested and self-involved. Hire new staff Tanning

I Started coming to the tanning salon over a year ago when it was still Allure tanning. At that time the staff was very friendly, but honestly the place was not very clean. That was really their only downfall. I stopped coming in for a few months and then they changed their name to Jupiter tanning salon. I saw their specials online and figured it would be worth a try to go in and check out the new management style. The first time I arrived i was greeted with a head turn and look away… to say it nicely. So second time I came in the staff rolled her eyes at me when I asked if I could spray tan and there was clearly 45 minutes left of their day before they closed. Of course I had already purchased the 90 day for $90 and so I really couldn’t go back on it at that point. I would’ve literally canceled my membership after my first time going there because of the unprofessional attitude of the staff. It has been a good month since I’ve been in and I decided that I would go in tonight to try one more time. When I walked in I was greeted with a very friendly smile from someone named Sarah G. She was very polite and helpful and when I looked around I already noticed the place looked cleaner. I did not do my normal spray tan because she had a line of people before closing, but she was very quick to offer a lay down or standup bed. Previously, this was not offered to me because it was too close to closing Time. I walked out the door this evening, but I stopped when I realized I had forgotten my keys. I then expressed my thoughts to Sarah G. And she was extremely attentive and wanted to hear all I had to say about the previous staff. Because of Sarah G, I feel like I do not have to terminate my membership any longer. I feel that this is now in the hands of a professional employee that will actually care and look out for her members. Just wanted to say thank you to Sarah G For a completely changed my mind about the future of the salon. If it wasn’t for her, I would’ve canceled right away.

I am totally exasperated with this salon. First of all, for months, I have been going Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Every Friday I run into problems. The salon is supposed to open at 9. I have waited until as late as 10:20 without anyone opening up the salon. Yesterday – a Friday – I thought I would get smart…so I started calling to make certain it was open. No one ever answered the phone so I didn’t go. In the afternoon I tried calling to make certain of the Saturday hours, but no one answered the phone. Now it is Saturday morning – 10:40 am. I have been calling since 9 am. No one picks up the phone. What more can I do…in order not to waste a 40-minute round trip only to find the place is not open?

I really enjoy coming to Jupiter tanning the prices are great and I personally love Kara shes always helpful and knows everything about the salon to keep it operating properly. Will continue using Jupiter tanning for all my future tanning experiences.
