Edit: Hugo did my nails today and he was a perfectionist. Obviously experienced and accomodating. I’m really enjoying this place of business. Had great service each time I’ve gone – even though I have terrible nails. May was very thorough and did a beautiful job; her polish looked like glass and her conversation was so pleasant. Linda was also very detailed and her pedicure lasted 3 weeks.

Critical: QualityI’ve been here a couple times previously and they usually do a great job. I went today and I understand that with them just reopening it is busy. But my nail tech completely rushed through my nails and they came out very lumpy and uneven. She hardly paid attention to actually doing my nails. It usually takes about an hour for them to do my nails and it seemed she had me in and out in 20 minutes and it looks like it too. I’ve been here a couple times previously and they usually do a great job. I went today and I understand that with them just reopening it is busy. But my nail tech completely rushed through my nails and they came out very lumpy and uneven. She hardly paid attention to actually doing my nails. It usually takes about an hour for them to do my nails and it seemed she had me in and out in 20 minutes and it looks like it too. I’m very disappointed with how they came out.

Just moved here and was hoping this could be my local pedicure shop. Walked in an nicely asked “can you take me now?”. With a shout of “NOW” I was instructed to sit in a chair after standing around for a while. I then sat in a chair without the blue bag (didn’t know where to put my feet). Someone then turned on scalding water and then walked off…..finally someone came and did half of the service. She then walked off (to service another customer) and then without warning someone else took over (and did a very feeble leg massage) and then a third technician took my payment – I do very few things for myself and would rather drive to a better place than to have this kind of “service”.

Nail technician didn’t know how to apply the dip method. She used the UV light to set it after each application.The next time I went in for a manicure it took an hour and a half to remove the dip nail polish which left my nails paper thin. Still pampering them as they grow back in.

I recently moved to the area so came here looking for a new salon. This will NOT be it! Nails looked crappy from the beginning when I really got a chance to see them at home the clear coat was not even on my whole nail. Acrylic has holes in the corners of my nails and are not filed down in spots.. and nails were lifting after 2 days! I have never ever had such a horrible nail job and just 6 days later am having to make an appointment somewhere else to get them redone it is pretty upsetting. Not to mention they are rude, rush you, and talk in Chinese right in front of you with it obvious they are talking about clients. Never again will I go back here!

The only people who left reviews here are regulars. They don’t know what the heck they’re doing. I’ve been getting my nails done a very long time. Got a before the weekend came back after the weekend to show it was already LIFTING. They looked terrible. They weren’t sanded down right either. THe lady who did it was more worried about her reguilar and did it for me in literally 5 mins. When I went back to ask them to fix it ALL OF THEM started yelling and arguing with me that it wasn’t lifting. I showed where it was to the customers that is when they got embarrassed and started fixing it. Still kept arguing with me telling me to “be quiet” shaking her head at me and rolling her eyes. This is unacceptable. This is how they behave with their customers it is disgusting. DO NOT GO HERE.
