Lisa tailors the massage to what she observes about your body and its tissues, and spends extra time on problem areas. She’ll give you exercises and stretches to do at home to speed healing and relieve stress. And the hot stone massage feels wonderful! It’s worth the money, but she occasionally offers discounts as well.
