Heather does really well at reading my muscles to know where my tension is and how much pressure to give to help ease my pain. She does a good job at the balance of focused trigger points with enough pressure to be a good hurt and feel productive in releasing the muscle tension and incorporating long strokes to keep my body relaxed. Heather does really well at reading my muscles to know where my tension is and how much pressure to give to help ease my pain.
